Technical parameters are one of the bases for evaluating the quality and professionalism of foam wiping swabs.
Antistatic products typically have a surface resistivity between 10^6 and 10^9 ohms, allowing them to release static charge in a short time. The products are manufactured and packaged in a cleanroom environment with ISO Class 4 (Class 100) or higher cleanliness, resulting in low particle release.
The foam material is hydrophilic and porous, absorbing 8-10 times its own weight in water, possessing both liquid absorption and retention capabilities. The product is compatible with many commonly used industrial solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and acetone.
The foam material is tough and elastic, with a certain degree of abrasion resistance, allowing for repeated wiping without easily shedding lint or scratching the wiped surfaces. Under appropriate storage conditions, the shelf life of cleanroom swabs is approximately two years.
